Your account and media are used to deliver the videos you request.

## Accounts

When you sign in with Google, we use the identity information provided by Google, including your email address and name, to create and identify your account. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Your balance, orders and video requests are associated with that account.

## Uploaded files and generated videos

When uploads and generation are available, your selected photo and video are sent to our service and the video generation provider to process your request. Do not upload files unless you have the required permission. Files and results are served through access controls; they are not published in a public gallery. Download results you want to keep. Contact support to request deletion of your account or media.

## Payments

When checkout is open, Stripe handles payment details. We receive the information needed to identify your order and credit your account, such as payment status and an order reference. Do not send card information to support.

## Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the website and its storage. Google provides sign-in, Stripe processes checkout, and KIE provides video generation when those features are enabled. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Loading pages also sends connection information such as an IP address, URL and browser headers to our hosting service.

## Free prompt builder

Prompt customization runs in your browser. Using the free prompt builder does not send its text to our generation service. Copying uses your clipboard; saving creates a text download.

## Support and your choices

We use support emails to respond to your request. Contact [support@tinydeskaigenerator.com](mailto:support@tinydeskaigenerator.com) for access, correction or deletion requests. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. This site has no advertising pixels or session-recording scripts.
